I am a Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a specialization in Holistic Studies. My hope is to create a space of non-judgement and safety in which you are comfortable being seen and heard. I take a client centered approach, carefully learning about you and collaborating with you to address what has brought you to counseling. In the therapeutic work we will do together, I consider how emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual factors are impacting your life. I offer support, insight, and an opportunity to explore what wellbeing means to you. When appropriate and of interest, I offer mindfulness and creative processes as therapeutic techniques.

Works with Adults
I’m a Pre-Licensed Therapist and 4 th year doctoral psychology student (Psy.D. in Counseling & School Psychology) with a Master’s degree in Developmental Psychology. I offer individual counseling to older adolescents (aged 16+) and adults across the lifespan done in-person or virtually. We all reach times in our
lives where the desire for change meets a moment of action toward it. I connect with people in that space and move together toward a brighter and more hopeful future that is uniquely their own. I specialize in Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), teaching new skills we practice and hone together at a pace that adjusts to meet you where you’re at. My style in therapy is always grounded in empathy, understanding, and compassion, but I pride myself on also being challenging when it’s helpful and sharing in a laugh whenever we can.

βI am a Pre-Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor with a Mindfulness-based approach, using present-centered techniques to support people in their journey to self-understanding, acceptance and change. I believe strongly in each person’s innate wisdom, strength and resilience and aim to create a safe, non-judgmental container to explore new ways of being, and shed old patterns that are ready to be released. I am trained in Gestalt therapy, Mindfulness-based counseling, therapeutic dreamwork and love to explore and practice meditative techniques with clients, when desired. I have training and experience working with interpersonal and domestic violence, challenges with body image and disordered eating, questions of identity and meaning in life, systems of oppression, grief, anxiety, depression and life transitions. I also have a keen interest in supporting clients with integrating spiritual experiences and working with dreams.

I am a mindfulness-based pre-licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about
supporting individuals on their journey toward healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. I
often integrate traditional evidence-based practices including CBT, DBT, somatic therapy,
and strength-based, with creative techniques, including breathwork and movement-based
interventions, when desired. My work centers on helping individuals reconnect with their
inner resilience, develop greater self-awareness, and cultivate balance and meaning in their lives. I work to create a grounded, nonjudgmental space where each person can
safely explore their experiences and move forward with intention and clarity.

Works with Teens, Adults & Couples
I am a pre-licensed therapist specializing in mindfulness and acceptance based therapy. I work primarily with adults suffering from depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, OCD, social anxiety, post-traumatic stress (acute and complex), life transitions, existential and transpersonal concerns, and gender dysphoria. In addition to being a therapist, I have studied and practiced mindfulness and meditation within the Soto Zen tradition for over 20 years and received lay-ordination in 2021. Mindfulness, radical acceptance, self-responsibility, self-compassion and present moment processing define the foundation of my therapeutic approach. I draw on a variety of modalities including EMDR ACT, CBT, MI, and Gestalt. I offer brain-spotting (similar to EMDR) and teach non-violent communication and meditation.

I am a pre-licensed therapist dedicated to supporting individuals in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change in their lives. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship challenges, athletic performance concerns, stress, trauma, and patterns related to perfectionism and self-worth. My clinical style is collaborative and strengths-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, somatic approaches, and other evidence-based modalities. I aim to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to work toward their goals.
I am especially passionate about working with individuals who appear successful externally but internally experience self-doubt, burnout, or a persistent sense of “not enough.” Together, we work to untangle these patterns, build self-compassion, and develop more sustainable ways of achieving success without sacrificing well-being. My goal is to meet each client where they are and walk alongside them as they move toward greater clarity, balance, and a more grounded sense of self.

I am a pre-licensed therapist dedicated to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages can feel safe to be seen and heard. I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, working alongside you to better understand what has brought you to therapy and what meaningful change looks like for you.
My work is informed by DBT, and I also incorporate evidence-based approaches including CBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices to support each client’s unique needs. I focus on helping clients build practical skills in emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
I have experience working with children, teens, families, and adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, interpersonal challenges, and trauma-related experiences. My background in community mental health and crisis intervention helps me understand the broader context of what someone is going through, including the many factors that can shape their experience.
My work centers on helping individuals reconnect with their strengths, deepen self-understanding, and nurture a more grounded and meaningful sense of balance in their lives. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe to explore their experiences and move forward with intention, supported by empathy and understanding, honest reflection, gentle challenge, and moments of humor and connection along the way
